If you are using ToolPAL from a .ZIP file, you
must UNZIP it using the -D option so the
directories \DISK1 and \DISK2 are created.

To create a set of diskettes for installing ToolPAL,
copy the directory \DISK1 to one disk and directory
\DISK2 to another.

To install from a hard disk, you must keep the 
directory names \DISK1 and \DISK2.  For example:

      ANYDIR\DISK1\
      ANYDIR\DISK2\

Start the installation using \ANYDIR\DISK1\SETUP.EXE
