Troubleshooting =================== If the upgrade is not successful, please check the following: 1.) Make sure there are no other SCSI applications resident. If there are, please exit all running applications and try the upgrade again. 2.) If the upgrade indicates that you do not have EZ-SCSI 4.0 installed, make sure you have the full version of Adaptec EZ-SCSI. This upgrade program is not intended for Adaptec EZ-SCSI Lite 4.0. 3.) If the upgrade indicates that you do not have EZ-SCSI 4.0 installed, but you know it's installed, this may be caused by your having moved the EZ-SCSI installation. If you experience this, re-install Adaptec EZ-SCSI with the new directory name. Then run the EZ-SCSI 4.0 upgrade program again. 4.) Make sure you have at least 2 MBytes of free space on your hard drive.
