MPE - Debugger has been released as "Shareware" however it is to be assumed
that the author(s) can not be contacted anymore. The phone number at least
is not anymore valid. 

Pascal-51 (ElProg Pascal) is shipped within the MPE package, however it
seems to be separate product and as there is no "Shareware" notice with
we do assume that it is freeware. At any case it is not commercial as it
was bundled by the original author into another package that is distributed
free of charge.

If anybody know any later version of the ElProg Pascal-51 or any valid
email contact addresses of the author(s) please inform us.
