EBONE-Bandbreite aufgestockt

    Yesterday the 8Mb simplex satellite-link from Digex/USA (Mae-East) to
    Vienna-EBS2 was installed and USA-Traffic for ACOnet was moved onto it.
    
    There is now a total Ebone backbone capacity of
    
    	12Mb USA->Vienna
	 4Mb Vienna->USA
	 2Mb Vienna<->Munich
	 2Mb Vienna<->Paris
	 
    in operation.  We are working on the optimisation of traffic load.
